Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=50 years old; 2. 3.0T MRI scan of individuals taken within ±6 months from the date of inclusion; 3. MRI showed one or more CSVD features (lacunes, micrbleeds, white matter hyperintensities, enlarged perivascular space); 4. Participants in this study are voluntary and have signed after fully understanding the content of this study; 5. The cognitive impairment of cerebral small vessel disease conforms to the diagnostic criteria of 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of cognitive impairment related to cerebral small vessel disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AD and other types of dementia, including frontotemporal dementia, vascular dementia and lewy body dementia; 2. The presence of a serious neurological or psychiatric disorder (including generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, or alcohol or drug abuse) according to the ICD-10 and/or DSM 5 criteria; 3. Diseases of the central nervous system, such as cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, and craniocerebral trauma with loss of consciousness exceeding 1 hour; 4. A history of severe craniocerebral injury; 5. Serious medical conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, severe liver disease, etc. 6. Recent use of cognition-affecting drugs (psychoactive drugs, corticosteroids, anti-Parkinson's drugs, painkillers, etc.); Contraindications of MRI scanning; 7. Unable to complete cognitive function tests.
