Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. The diagnosis of ischemic stroke is confirmed by head CT or MRI; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke, and within 72 hours of onset; 4. First onset or past history of stroke, but no serious sequelae (mRS <= 2 points); 5. Clarify the signs of nervous system localization, and score for neurological deficit: NIHSS < 12; 6. Obtain an informed consent form signed by the patient or a legally authorized representative of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by infection, tumor, liver and kidney disease, autoimmune disease and lower limb arteries and veins Patients with thrombosis; 2. Have taken other drugs that affect platelet and white blood cell activation except aspirin (Such as persentine, clopidogrel, etc.); 3. Patients with cerebral embolism caused by atrial fibrillation and infective endocarditis; 4. The first platelet count is lower than 100x10^9/L or greater than 300 x 10^9/L; 5. Patients who need anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy; 6. Intracranial hemorrhagic diseases seen by head CT: hemorrhagic stroke, epidural hematoma, Intracranial hematoma, intraventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc.; 7. The patient's systolic blood pressure is still >= 220mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 120mmHg after blood pressure control; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. People with allergies, allergic to test drugs or allergic to similar drugs; 10.Diseases with bleeding tendency; 11.Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding disorders; 12.Those who are clearly indicated for dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and clopidogrel; 13. Patients who must feed by nasal feeding; 14. Patients with contraindications to the use of aspirin enteric-coated tablets; 15. Researchers believe that they are not suitable for selection.
