Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with complex impacted teeth , no contraindication of wisdom tooth extraction, informed consent to participate in this study, and can cooperate with the relevant follow-up requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with non-complex impacted teeth, who don't need to cut the flap during extraction or remove bone. The patients have surgical contraindication, and can not accept the surgical treatment. The patients who don't agree to participate in this research.
