Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in the elderly; (2) Aged >=60 years; (3) Those who give informed consent and cooperate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With history of traumatic brain injury, cerebral infarction, severe hypoglycemia, severe diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis; comorbid severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic systems; relevant history of neuropsychiatric disorders, depression, use of antidepressant medications; other diseases or medical conditions causing central nervous impairment; secondary diabetes mellitus.
