Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria will be elective surgery patients aged 0-16 years old, without known coagulopathies or systemic abnormalities that affect the coagulation system. .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will be patients with known coagulopathies, patients with current infections, systemic abnormalities, recent transfusion and non-Chinese patients.
