Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Admin.staff, clerk, IT persons; (2) Client (outpatients and health caregivers); (3) Aged >=18 years; (4) Literate and able to communicate in Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cognitive impairment; (2) Patients admitted to the Emergency Department.
