Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of liver cirrhosis and acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) In the case of inability to match, the patients complicated with blood transfusion reaction due to incompatibility of white blood cell and platelet HLA, or allergy to a certain component in the donor's plasma; (2) the patients with various immune diseases due to anti-red blood cell antibodies or complement in plasma which can damage red blood cells and cause hemolysis; (3) the patients with uremia, hyperkalemia and acidosis.
