Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?TAO group :(1) patients with TAO meet the diagnostic criteria;(2) Did not receive hormone shock, I131 or radiation therapy;(3) 18-59 years old;(4) Obtain the informed consent of the research subjects ?Control group: 1) Patients needing enucleation or patients needing rectus shortening surgery due to strabismus.2) No personal or family history of thyroid disease, normal thyroid ultrasound examination, TSH, FT3 / FT4 serum within the reference range and negative thyroid antibody, no surgical history of other orbital diseases and no history of glaucoma ?Hyperthyroidism group :(1) meet the diagnostic criteria for hyperthyroidism;(2) No ocular diseases;(3) Did not receive hormone shock, I131 or radiation therapy;(4) 18-59 years old;(5) Obtain the informed consent of the research subjects
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction and hematopoietic system diseases; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients with tumor diseases; 4. Patients with combined immune diseases; 5. Patients with systemic infectious diseases.
