Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who received fine examination under anesthesia and sedation and participated in this study voluntarily; 2. Patients with complete cognitive function and able to communicate with medical staff normally; 3. the American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) rating I-II level; 4. Aged >16 years old; 5. Body mass index 18-28kg /m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not agree to join the study, have poor compliance and cannot cooperate with follow-up; 2. ASA classification >II level; 3. Patients with poor communication due to various reasons; 4. Patients with moderate to severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 5. Diabetic patients; 6. Obstruction of esophagus, gastrointestinal tract or gastric emptying; 7. Patients with high risk of reflux and aspiration cardia, gastroesophageal reflux, etc.; 8. Severe malnutrition or severe anemia (albumin < 35g/L, hemoglobin <80g/L); 9. painless fine examination gastroscopy absolute contraindications and other serious risks of anesthesia.
