Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with primary Parkinson's disease who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of MDS; 2) patients with early Parkinson's disease with H-Y stage 1-2.5; 3) Aged 50-70 years old; 4) Primary school grade 6 and above with educational attainment; 5) like sedentary lifestyle, no regular or regular exercise history in the past 2 years; 6) the drug treatment regimen remains stable for at least 3 months, and the treatment regimen remains unchanged during the follow-up period; 7) can walk or live independently; 8) willing to accept grouping, good compliance; 9) the MMSE score is greater than or equal to 24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) participating in other drug clinical trials or other intervention studies, or participating in other exercise programs; 2) regular or regular exercise in the past 2 years; 3) fall in the past 6 months; 4) skeletal muscle disease or cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 5) illiteracy and dementia or MMSE score less than 24; 6) accompanied by severe depression or mental symptoms; 7) previous brain trauma or craniocerebral surgery; 8) complicated with other severe central nervous system lesions; 9) take drugs that affect the levels of blood sugar and blood lipids.
