Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years old; 2. Patients with an American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status classification grade of I~III; 3. Patients who undergo selective non-cardiac surgery; 4. Patients signed informed consent; 5. Patients who undergo general anesthesia with the expected operation time >=2h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo cardiac, carotid, or intracranial surgery; 2. Patients who cannot survive and complete the tests within 3 months after operation; 3. Patients with MMSE score =707 umol/L, requiring dialysis treatment); Patients with severe COPD, respiratory failure and chronic cardiac insufficiency; 7. Patients with stage 3 or 4 malignant tumors, as well as patients with pancreatic cancer, gallbladder cancer, cholangiocarcinoma and other tumors with high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis; 8. Patients undergoing emergency surgery.
