Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with schizophrenia who meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5) received a single and stable antipsychotic drug olanzapine for the first three months of enrollment (no prescription for body weight and metabolic disorders Related drugs); (2) Height and body mass index (BMI) >=30 kg/m2, and the weight is stable (+/-5%) in the first three months of enrollment; (3) Han nationality; (4) Aged 18 to 65 years old; (5) Right-handed; (6) Not receiveing rTMS treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of convulsions; (2) History of brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial infection and other organic brain diseases; (3) Intracranial metal; (4) Epilepsy-like changes in EEG; (5) History of drug abuse; (6) History of severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular disease and other physical diseases that affect mental state; (7) Pregnant or lactating women.
