75 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 75 years. 2. Diagnosed as acute coronary syndrome. 3. Non-criminal artery stenosis between 50% to 90% which is confirmed by coronary angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with cardiac shock. 2. Patient can't proceed coronary angiography. 3. Patient with left main lesion confirmed by coronary angiography. 4. Expectation of life less than 1 year. 5. II AV block or III AV block without pacemaker protection. 6. Patient can't tolerant double antiplatelet therapy.
