45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-75 years; 2. CNV lesions were found in the diseased eyes, which were primary or recurrent subfoveal or parafoveal choroidal neovascularization; 3. The best corrected visual acuity was 19-73 letters (equivalent to 20 / 400 to 20 / 40 of Snellen's vision); 4. There was no intraocular injection of anti neovascularization drugs, photodynamic therapy and fundus laser photocoagulation within 3 months; 5. Within 3 months, no corticosteroids or triamcinolone acetonide and other drugs were used in the whole body or local area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The affected eye or the opposite eye has eye infectious diseases such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, blepharitis, scleritis and endophthalmitis; 2. Active PCV lesions can be seen in fundus fluorescein angiography, such as polypoid like intense fluorescence or plexiform abnormal nutrient bed vessels in the lesion area; 3. Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, heart disease and active intravascular coagulation; 4. Patients with unclear refractive stroma.
