18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18 to 70 years; 2) A clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; 3) NIHSS 8 to 25; 4) Core infarct volume was more than 70ml according to the rapdid software; 5) Caused by a large vessel occlusion of the anterior circulation (intracranial segment of internal carotid artery, M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery, proximal M2 segment of the middle cerebral artery) confirmed by CTA or DSA; 6) Time from stroke onset to groin puncture was less than 24 hours; 7) Final eTICI >= 2b after revascularization; 8) Informed consent form from the patient or legal representatives has to be obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial space occupying lesions; 2) Posterior circulation occlusion; 3) Coagulation disorders(exclude oral anticoagulant therapy with INR exceeding 3.0); 4) History of epilepsy or had epileptic symptoms during stroke onset; 5) Pregnancy; 6) Patients who have history of congestive heart failure (CHF); 7) Severe stenosis of bilateral carotid artery or extracranial segment of internal carotid artery(more than 70%); 8) Hypersensitivity to contrast agent; 9) Receiving thrombolysis treatment; 10) Cerebral hemorrhage suspected by CT after thrombectomy , not suitable for anticoagulation; 11) Intracranial stentng during endovascular treatment.
