Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The selected subjects were admitted to the application unit and cooperative unit. According to the diagnostic criteria of cap guidelines in 2015, those who met the one main criteria or more than three secondary criteria were diagnosed as severe pneumonia. 2. The subjects who volunteered to participate in the study were willing to provide the necessary samples and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding AIDS, organ transplantation and other immune dysfunction patients; excluding hepatitis B, tuberculosis and other long-term infection patients; excluding malignant tumor, severe liver and kidney dysfunction and other basic diseases.
