Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.1 patients with early gastric cancer group: 1) The age is between 18 and 86 years old. 2) From October 2020, peripheral blood and remaining biopsy samples were collected from patients with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia confirmed by biopsy pathology or received ESD or surgical treatment in our hospital. 1.2 non disease negative control group 1) The age is between 18 and 86 years old. 2) In normal physical examination patients, gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed in non cancer patients, and the physical examination results were basically normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient's age, gender and other important personal information lost. 2) At the same time, patients with other tumors.
