Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient can be included when all the following criteria are met: 1. Patient's transthoracic and abdominal CTA was diagnosed as Stanford type A aortic dissection and planned to undergo surgery. 2. The patient understands the purpose of the study, volunteers to participate in the study, and the subject or the legal representative has signed an informed consent form and is willing to accept postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient must be excluded when one of the following criteria is met: 1. Age 70 years old. 2. Pregnant/Maternity. 3. Concurrent surgery is required for other organic heart diseases. 4. Patients with coma or with severe abdominal signs. Preoperative examinations suggest severe ischemia of abdominal organs. 5. Life expectancy of combined with connective tissue disease (such as Marfan syndrome) or combined with malignant tumors or other diseases is less than 6 months. 6. The patient refuses to sign the informed consent for this study, or the patient has poor compliance, and is expected to be unable to follow up on time, or the investigator determines that the patient is not suitable for inclusion in the study.Maternity.
