18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 55; 2. 18.5 <= BMI < 30; 3. The tumor size is less than < 5cm, and the clinical stage does not exceed stage II; 4. The scope of mastectomy on the affected side was 1-2 quadrants, and bilateral asymmetry was obvious after operation. 5. Patients meet the indications for breast conservation and have reconstruction needs. 6. After fully understanding the treatment plan and risks, I or my guardian voluntarily signed the informed consent and cooperated with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women may have a pregnancy plan; 2. Allergic to anesthetic; 3. The chest had a history of radiotherapy for other diseases; 4. Participating in other clinical trials; 5. Serious basic diseases (heart failure, renal failure, rheumatic immune diseases, etc.); 6. Serious mental and psychological obstacles; 7. Active period of infectious diseases (hepatitis B, tuberculosis, etc.).
