Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip osteoarthritis, aseptic necrosis of femoral head, dysplasia of the hip and femoral neck fracture; 2. Clinical symptoms, physical examination and imaging studies have identified the need for artificial hip replacement; The skin sensation was normal in the femoral lateral cutaneous innervation area. 3. BMI < 30; 4. General anesthesia and surgery contraindications; 5. Signed informed consent; 6. Patients themselves can be effective communication, agree with the artificial joint replacement surgery, good adherence and follow-up on time and inspectors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with poor general condition and serious organ diseases can not tolerate general anesthesia or surgery; 2. Patients with infectious diseases at the operation site or sinus in local skin; 3. Patients with crow IV hip dysplasia, fusion hip and stiff hip; 4. Patients who had undergone ipsilateral hip arthroplasty and needed revision; 5. Elderly patients, aged more than or equal to 80 years old; 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
