Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain informed consent; 2. The 2020 ADA diagnostic criteria for GDM patients: 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) during pregnancy, with blood glucose reaching or exceeding any of the following points can be diagnosed: (1) fasting blood glucose >= 5.1mmol/L; (2) Blood glucose >= 10.0mmol/L for 1 hour; (3) 2-hour blood glucose >= 8.5mmol/L; 3. Single pregnancy; 4. Aged 18-45 years; 5. 24-32 weeks gestation of pregnancy; 6. Prepregnancy BMI >= 18kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes combined with pregnancy (pregnancy based on the original diabetes); 2. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (ALT 2.5 times higher than normal upper limit, creatinine greater than 132ummol/L); 3. Drugs (including steroids, hydroxyprogesterone, anti-AIDS drugs, etc.) that may affect blood sugar are being used; 4. Co-infection; 5. Unable to fully understand the requirements of the project, poor compliance, and unwilling to use IPRO2.
