Age
20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-70 years, male or female; 2) Patients clinically diagnosed with radical resectable MIBC (T2-T4A);; 3) Cancer of other tissues or organs has not been diagnosed; 4) The expected survival time is more than 6 months; 5) Subjects voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent, with good compliance and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Simultaneous diagnosis of cancer in other tissues or organs; 2) Received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery or molecular targeted therapy.
