Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficiency of major organs such as the heart, liver and kidney; surgery cannot be performed due to severe involvement of surrounding tissues or organs; previous history of anal surgery; accompanied by serious infectious diseases of the digestive tract, severe allergies, blood coagulation disorders, and specific infections, etc. You cannot participate in this study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Preoperative T staging of low rectal cancer by transrectal ultrasound;Histopathological T staging;Intravascular ultrasound is performed for tumors located in the mucosal cavity with ultrasound staging as T1 stage, and the time of arrival of contrast agent (AT), time to peak (TTP), peak intensity (PI) and other indicators are analyzed.;Carry out intravascular ultrasound contrast examination for benign mass adenoma, internal hemorrhoids, inflammation, granuloma, etc. and normal rectal wall of the mucosal layer, and analyze the arrival time (AT), time to peak (TTP) and peak intensity (PI) of the contrast agent.;Intracavitary ultrasound T stage T1-T4 patients with low rectal cancer underwent intravascular ultrasound contrast examination to analyze the contrast agent arrival time (AT), time to peak (TTP), and peak intensity (PI);SEN, SPE, ACC, AUC of ROC;
