Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 5 to 80 years; 2. Snoring during sleep more than 5 days a week, holding breath or breathing repeatedly during sleep; 3. Laboratory standard polysomnography (PSG) diagnosed as OSA patients; 4. Participate in this clinical study voluntarily, agree to follow-up review, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Severe periodontal disease, loose teeth, abnormal temporomandibular joint function; patients with less than 10 teeth in the upper or lower jaw; 3. Latex allergy (oral appliances contain this ingredient); 4. Severe heart failure or respiratory failure; 5. Severe head injury with skull base fracture; brain coma; 6. Acute upper respiratory tract infection; nasal obstruction, pneumothorax, emphysema mediastinum, bullae, pneumocystis, cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea, upper respiratory tract papilloma virus, mold, syphilis, tuberculosis and other special infections, and nasopharyngeal stenosis and atresia; 7. The investigator believes that there is any reason not suitable for participating in the trial (such as long-term psychotropic drug users, long-term alcoholics).
