Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cataract patients with axial length longer than 26.00mm who had uneventful cataract surgery were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous trauma or surgery, glaucoma, strabismus, or severe fundus pathology were excluded.Patients with incomplete IOL Master700 data or missing postoperative refractive outcomes were also excluded.
