Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with closed craniocerebral trauma, the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) was 13-15 points, aged 18 or above, regardless of gender; 2. Has one of the following characteristics: loss of consciousness <30 minutes; Changes in mental state after the event, such as confusion, disorientation or dizziness; Retrograde amnesia <30 minutes; 3. Clinical manifestations accompanied by persistent cognitive impairment after trauma; 4. Complete nine years of compulsory education (secondary and above).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraband or inability to cooperate in MRI examination (ferromagnetic implants, claustrophobia or agitation, unable to complete MRI scan), dental appliances that affect MRI images; 2. Prior to traumatic brain injury, a history of central nervous system diseases, such as congenital dysplasia, mental retardation, epileptic seizures, schizophrenia, mania or depression, a history of stroke, or spinal cord injury; 3. Left-handedness, pregnancy, physical movement disorder; 4. A history of drug or alcohol abuse, drugs affecting cognitive functioning, or antiepileptic drugs; 5. CT examination showed that intracranial lesions were larger than 5cm3.
