Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects are over 18 to 60 years old; 2)After skin grafting for the patients with Scar Contracture Malformation after Hand Burns, the operation was performed by the same group of doctors; 3)The interval between scar formation and the operation of scar contracture deformity after hand burn was more than 6 months; 4)Those who have enough cognitive and understanding ability, can cooperate with the treatment; 5)No history of keloid.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Scar contracture of hand burn with secondary injury and deformity of deep tissue; 2) X-ray showed severe osteoporosis or joint space stenosis, articular cartilage injury; 3) Recent hand fracture, muscle ligament and nerve injury, hematoma or other trauma occurred in the tissue; 4) Combined with other serious heart, brain, lung disease or dysfunction.
