Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 300 patients with painless oocyte retrieval; 2. ASA grade I ~ II; 3. Age 18-45 years old, weight 50-70kg, body mass index 19-24, total number of large follicles 10-15; 4. Patients are voluntary and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who take opioids, antidepressants and anticonvulsants for a long time; 2. Patients with other mental disorders; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary or hepatorenal dysfunction; 4. Patients with language or hearing impairment who are unable to communicate; 5. Patients who need to compress ovarian follicles to develop clearly.
