Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed by clinical assessment and comprehensive imaging examination meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke; 2 Fugl-meyer Motor function score confirmed motor dysfunction; 3. 18-70 years of age, male and female; 4. No cognitive impairment or communication impairment, simple intelligence state examination (mmse) more than 27 points; Patients after nerve displacement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary diseases who can not tolerate rehabilitation; 2. Persons with a family history of psychosis, major depression (suicidal tendency) or epilepsy diagnosed; 3. The existence of diabetes, uremia and other serious systemic diseases; 4. Severe joint contracture; 5. Any cause of disturbance of consciousness; 6. There are contraindications for transcranial direct current/magnetic stimulation (tms/tdcs) and functional magnetic resonance (fmri) tests according to safety guidelines in the body or other implanted electronic devices, according to safety guidelines; 7. Hearing or visual impairment may affect assessment and treatment; 8. Use drugs that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex (antiepileptic, sedative, hypnotic, etc).
