Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Kennedy I,KennedyII,Kennedy IV dental defects and dentition loss patients who meet the standards for removable denture or complete denture in prosthodontics department of our hospital. 2) Ages between 18 and 85 years old. 3) Informed consents were obtained comply with GCP regulations and the testing process was completely understand and agreed by subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) With herpetic pharynx buccal inflammation, bronchitis, pheumonia and other diseases. 2) Ages under 18 years old or over 85 years old, and the pregnant or lactating woman. 3) Serious primary cardiovascular disease, liver diseases, kidney diseases, hematological disease, lung disease or a serious disease such as cancer or AIDS. 4) Mental or legal disabilities. 5) History of alcohol/drug abuse suspected or confirmed or other pathologic conditions such as frequent changes in the work environment which may reduce the likelihood of inclusion or complicate inclusion and may easily lead to loss of follow-up, as determined by the investigator. 6) Those who are known to be allergic to the composition of denture matierials. 7) Participating in clinical trails of other drugs.
