Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed as colorectal cancer; 3. Willing to cooperate in sample collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sever diseases in heart, liver, kidney or other organs; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. The patient were also accompanied with multiple organ tumors or severe uncontrolled medical disease or acute infection; 4. Patients don't understand the purpose of this study or dont agree with requirements for the study; 5. Patients who lack of legal capacity or limitation of legal capacity; 6. Patients who have related medical history which could interfere results and increase risk of patients.
