Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical stage is T3N0~1M0, and the renal cell carcinoma patients with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus are clearly identified by imaging; 2. Agree to participate in clinical research; 3. Agree to perform radical nephrectomy combined with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus removal in our hospital;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused to enter the clinical trial; 2. The patient is generally in poor condition and cannot undergo surgery.
