Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years, male or female. 2. Patients should have diagnosis of plaque-type psoriasis with or without arthritis. 3. Moderate-to-severe psoriasis scored as PASI >= 10 or BSA >= 10. 4. Subjects must voluntarily participate in the study and comply with the study regulations, understand and comply with the dose and follow-up plan, and voluntarily sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have puspular skin lesions, diagnosed as puspular psoriasis. 2. HbsAb positive. 3. Abnormal liver function (ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL over the upper limit of the normal reference). 4. Patients received systemic treatment such as methotrexate, acitretin, Tripterygium glycosides,cyslosporin, and biological agents 4 weeks ago, or received traditional Chinese medicine, phototherapy, or topical treatment such as retinoid, glucocorticoids, vitamin D3 derivatives and so on 2 weeks ago. 5. Patients plan to have a baby, or pregnant or lactating women. 6. Other conditions that the investigator judged to be difficult to participate in the clinical study.
