18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed by biopsy in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital; 2. Upon the recommendation of the attending doctor and the patient's consent, EGFR driver gene mutation and TMB testing are planned; 3. The patient participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received targeted therapy and immunotherapy in the past; 2. The patient withdrew voluntarily midway.
