Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who voluntarily participate and agree to sign the informed consent and follow up according to the requirements of the program; 2) Aged >= 18 and = 70 years; 3) Breast conserving and modified radical mastectomy: T1-2 with n1-3, T3-4 with any N +; 4) Postoperative pathology showed invasive breast cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Distant metastasis was found; 2) The surgical margin was positive; 3) Accompanied with other malignant tumors, including concurrent and previously found malignant tumors; 4) Previous chest radiotherapy history; 5) Patients with severe liver, kidney, hematopoiesis and nervous system diseases, and mental patients; 6) Other reviewers consider that there are sufficient reasons for disqualification from the registration study: for example, there is potential inconsistency with the clinical protocol, etc; 7) Autoimmune diseases such as scleroderma or active lupus erythematosus were found; 8) Pregnant or lactating women.
