Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Congenital tracheal stenosis (stenosis > 1/2 total length); 2. Aged 6 months to 6 years; 3. The compliance of family members was high; 4. Patients are willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious intracardiac and extracardiac malformations that cannot be corrected by surgery; 2. Tracheomalacia; 3. External vascular compression or tumor of trachea; 4. Short tracheal stenosis (stenosis < 112 total length); 5. Combined with severe infectious diseases and immunodeficiency diseases; 6. Patients with low follow-up rate in remote areas; 7. There were contraindications to the use of conventional drugs in the ICU.
