Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years, ASAI-II grade, BMI19-28kg/m2, body fat rate> 25%; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of muscle relaxant allergy, use of drugs that affect the pharmacodynamics of muscle relaxants (anti-epileptic, aminoglycoside antibiotics, etc.) within one week before surgery; 2. Heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney, endocrine diseases or neuromuscular transmission function decline or disorder, acid-base imbalance or electrolyte imbalance; 3. Surgical patients with high requirements for muscle relaxation (abdominal surgery, laparoscopic surgery); 4. Intraoperative use of antibiotics that may affect the efficacy of muscle relaxation drugs.
