Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathological resuls of turgical specimen was GIST in patients dignosed by our center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The clinicopathological information was incomplete, lacking of the following details:type of surgical excision specimens, tumor location, general descriptions description (tumor size), mitotic phase, immunohistochemical results and so on. 2.Patients with the secondary gist (including recurrent and metastatic GIST). 3.Patients who accepted preoperative targeted therapy(neoadjuvant therapy). 4.Patients lost to follow-up within 1 year.
