18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients requiring unilateral initial THA surgery due to severe hip osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or femoral head necrosis; (2) Aged 18 to 80 years; (3) Body mass index was 20~35 kg/m2; (4) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to anesthetic drugs and sulfa; (2) There were more than moderate intraoperative hip malformations and joint stiffness; (3) Alcoholic or long-term opioid users; (4) Language impairment and inability to perform pain numerical scales (NRS).
