Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study includes patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. The diagonosis of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is in line with the "Fourth Universal Definition of Myocardial Infarction (2018)" and "2019 Chinese Society of Cardiology (CSC) guidelines for the diagnosis and management of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction". Additionally, eligible patients must contain the following conditions: 1) 18 to 80 years of age; 2) the duration of symptoms of ischemia is less than 12 hours, and patients agree with the primary PCI; 3) With Killip classification I-III; 4)Informed consent has to be given in written form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Any other form of diabetes mellitus than type 2 diabetes mellitus, history of diabetic ketoacidosis; 2) Known allergy or contraindication to SGLT-2 inhibitors; 3) Cardiac shock; 4) >1 episode of severe hypoglycemia within the last 6 months under treatment with insulin or sulfonylurea; 5) Pregnance or intended to conceive within 6 months; 6) Patients currently being treated with any SGLT-2 inhibitor or having received treatment with any SGLT-2 inhibitor within the 4 weeks prior to the screening visit; 7) Acute symptomatic urinary tract infection (UTI) or genital infection; 8) severe mental illness.
