65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are intended to undergo orthopedic lower extremity surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. ASA grade I-III; estimated postoperative hospital stay >= 7 days; 4. Preoperative simple Intelligent Mental State Scale test was normal, 5. Normal speech communication. 6. The patient and family member are willing to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of central nervous system disease, 2. cognitive impairment, 3. use of cognitive improvement drugs and probiotics, 4. visual and auditory impairment, 5. a history of alcohol abuse or drug dependence, 6. preoperative use of anticholinergic drugs, 7. frequently use of analgesics, 8. allergy to probiotics.
