Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In line with the relevant diagnostic criteria for chronic rhinosinusitis (guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis), namely: (1) With nasal congestion, mucous, purulent nasal discharge, head and face pain, anosmia or loss of clinical manifestations, symptoms lasting more than or equal to 2 years, more than or equal to 12 weeks per year; (2) Nasal examination showed sticky purulent secretions from middle nasal passage and olfactory fissure forehead, middle nasal passage mucosal congestion, edema or nasal polyps; (3) CT examination of the nasal sinus indicated lesions in the complex of the nasal orifice and nasal passages or the sinus mucosa.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has previous or current medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and heart disease; 2. Have a history of autoimmune diseases, allergic rhinitis, asthma and other immunological and allergic diseases; 3. Postoperative pathology indicated cyst, hemangioma, papilloma, etc. 4. Aged 67 years; 5. Failure to complete preoperative or postoperative subjective and objective evaluation.
