Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: VCI inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old. 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of "probable vascular dementia (VAD)" proposed by NINDS-AIREN, and MMSE score 1 point; 5. HIS score > 4 points. The inclusion criteria of normal control group (NC): 1. Age matched with VCI group, normal neurological examination and independent behavior ability; 2. MMSE score >= 28; MOCA score >= 26; 3. CDR:0 Points. All the subjects had no contraindications to MRI examination and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are aphasia, hearing, vision or dysarthria who can not complete the neuropsychological assessment; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases; 3. Patients with depression, anxiety or schizophrenia and other mental diseases; 4. Illiterate patients; 5. Patients with consciousness disorders, long-term drinking, severe head trauma history and other reasons can not cooperate with cognitive function examination.
