60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were diagnosed as lung cancer by clinical symptoms, imaging examination and pathological examination; 2. Patients aged over 60 years old; 3. Preoperative cardiac color ultrasound and pulmonary function examination indicated that the cardiac and pulmonary functions were basically normal; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level II-III; 5. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg·m-2 or level 2, basic SpO2<92%, abnormal biochemical indicators of liver and kidney function); 4. Patients with mental disorders; 5. Patients with endocrine or metabolic diseases or adrenal diseases; 6. Long-term use of benzodiazepines and opioids; 7. Patients with known adverse reactions to Remazolam, propofol and other drugs during induction; 8. Difficult intubation, Mallampati score IV.
