Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gastric cancer group: 1. Patients with gastric cancer through gastroscopic biopsy and postoperative pathological examination before operation; 2. Patients with detailed and complete clinicopathological data and surgical records. Benign lesion group: 1. Patients with gastric benign lesions, including gastritis, gastric polyps, and gastric ulcer confirmed by gastroscopy and lesion biopsy; 2. Patients with detailed and complete clinicopathological data and surgical records. Healthy control group: 1. People with healthy body on physical examination; 2. Match gender and age with gastric cancer group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of non-gastric cancer patients; 2. Patients receiving chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy; 3. Patients with liver, kidney, and cardiac dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe infection; 5. Patients with tumors of other systems; 6. Patients with metabolic diseases such as pregnancy and diabetes; 7. Patients with long-term use of corticosteroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 8. Patients without detailed and complete pathological data.
