Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the UK PD Brain Bank standards;(2) Meet the Roman VI standard for functional constipation;(3) The patient signed the informed consent, agreeing to the investigator to collect clinical data and peripheral blood saliva, urine, stool and other samples.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Advanced PD treatment (deep brain stimulation, continuous levodopa duodenal perfusion and subcutaneous injection of morphine); (2) Cognitive decline (score of mini-mental State Examination < 27); (3) History of inflammatory bowel disease, cancer and gastrointestinal surgery; (4) A clear history of brain organic diseases such as brain trauma, cerebral palsy and encephalitis; (5) clearly diagnosed with other mental disorders; (6) Antibiotic use records within the first 6 weeks of inclusion; (7) Abuse of laxatives, use of anticholinergic drugs, parenteral nutrition support treatment, and occurrence of pasty or watery feces (Bristol feces was classified as type 6 and 7 in the pretreatment period of 2 weeks.
