Dexmedetomidine group:Begin pumping dexmedetomidine when the guide wire is inserted from the femoral vein
Neostigmine group:giving neostigmine at the beginning of cardiopulmonary bypass

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged < 65 years; 2) Atrial septal defect; 3) The surgical method is robot-assisted atrial septal defect repair with heart beating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney dysfunction.
