Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 40-80 years, no gender limitation; 2) Diagnosed as COPD according to the 2015 Global Initiative for COPD (GOLD)--pulmonary function test: FEV1/FVC<70% after inhaling bronchodilator (salbutamol 400ug); 3) Able to understand and use the electronic management platform for COPD patients; 4) Voluntary to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications for pulmonary function test or unable to cooperate with the test; 2) Complicated with other severe respiratory diseases, such as bronchiectasis, interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, severe respiratory failure, severe pulmonary infection, pulmonary edema, and thoracic diseases; 3) Complicated with major diseases such as dysfunction of important organs and malignant tumors, or life expectancy <5 years; 4) Neuromuscular system diseases; 5) Mental illness; 6) Other diseases that investigators consider unsuitable for inclusion; 7) Pregnant and lactating women; 8) Participate in other clinical trials that interact with this study.
