18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Informed consent is signed; (2) Aged 18-80 years; (3) Preoperative imaging examination suggested periampullary lesions, pancreatic head lesions or other lesions indicated by pancreaticoduodenectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart and lung diseases who cannot tolerate pancreaticoduodenectomy or have other contraindications for pancreaticoduodenectomy; (2) Preoperative hemoglobin < 70g/L or albumin < 30g/L; (3) Those who have had organ transplant operation in the past and take immunosuppressive drugs; (4) those taking hormones, immunosuppressants or chemotherapy; (5) Persons with known HIV infection; (6) Suspicion of non-compliance or non-cooperation; (7) Crohn's disease; (8) The investigator believes that the subject has a mental disability or other defect that may prevent him from participating in the study; (9) Intraoperative exploration revealed that the tumor could not be resected or complicated with acute pancreatitis.
