Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Elective non-cardiac surgery; 3. Meets the diagnostic criteria for permanent atrial fibrillation; 4. Good compliance with the survey and can complete the assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with circulatory failure due to non-cardiovascular factors during the operation; 2. Cognitive impairment, hearing impairment, mental or neurological diseases; 3. Those who need other operations due to their condition after the operation; 4. Allergic to all necessary anesthetics.
